This sequence shows the building developement at Ravensbury Mill over aperiod of 200 years. Image 1 shows the clear division between the mill and wheel lying in the parish of Morden (on the left) and Mitcham (on the right), stemming from the days when the wheels belonged to different owners.

(Editors Note: 'Tumbling Bay' is 'an overfall, or weir, in a canal'. A safety measure to prevent the mill pond overfilling?)
